ONLINE FLOWER DELIVERY ECOMMERCE

Pretty Petals

A same-day flower delivery storefront for a Mumbai florist — bouquets, cakes, and combos — designed around occasion browsing and a fast, gifting-friendly checkout.

The challenge

Flower delivery is an impulse and occasion-driven purchase, often made close to a deadline. Pretty Petals needed a storefront where a customer could find the right bouquet for a birthday or anniversary in minutes, add a cake or combo, and complete a same-day delivery order without hesitation — with freshness and delivery reliability visible throughout.

Our approach

We structured the store around occasions and arrangements rather than a flat product list, with bouquets, cakes, and combos presented as giftable pairings. Delivery areas and same-day cut-offs were made explicit, trust signals around freshness and florist craft were placed near the buy decision, and checkout was tuned for gift orders — recipient details and messages included without extra steps.

What the website delivers

  • Occasion-first browsing that matches how gifting decisions happen
  • Bouquet, cake, and combo pairings that lift order value
  • Same-day delivery expectations made explicit
  • A gift-tuned checkout with recipient details built in
